A new, state-of-the-art, fully-programmable 50" slitting, recoiling and cut-to-length line that can handle coils of up to 10,000 lbs. at a time. With setups that take minutes and the latest in edge detection technology, our line can precisely cut to within ± 0.003", apply protective masking, and be operated with just one trained technician.
A 21' CNC folder, capable of making any trim or other fabricated parts common to the industry.
A 110' programmable roll-forming line unique to Florida that manufactures a metal panel with a Mediterranean tile profile. The line can run either 24 or 26 gauge steel, 0320 and 0400 aluminum, and is programmable to control the lengths and heights of the stamped tile.
New gutter downspout machines, as well as machinery to spin down master coils.
A high-speed fastener bagging line.
