Since 1980, the Damas Group, the original parent company of Sabre Metals, leading manufacturer and distributor of a variety of specifications of metal roofing coils and sheets, sold under the Solaclad© brand name, has pioneered the construction and roofing industries by offering a multitude of services such as wholesale and retail roof material sales, renovations and aerial roof measurement services. Throughout its robust history, the company has always been customer focused and built upon the foundation of providing top-notch roofing solutions and a positive experience.

Sabre Metals opened its doors in June of 2018, just one year after Hurricane Irma ravaged Florida and the Caribbean. Fueled with the knowledge that the best roof to withstand severe weather is a metal roof, the idea to open a full-service metals manufacturing and distribution facility in Central Florida was born. The company continues to follow in its long-standing tradition of providing exceptional customer service and the highest quality metal roof products on the market today.

Sabre Metals Solaclad® Coils & Sheets is proudly made in the USA at our 25,000 square foot facility, located in Longwood, Florida, just outside of Orlando, Florida. All of our roof metal is sourced from mills in the domestic United States. We serve the Southeast, including Florida, Georgia and Alabama.
